Manava seva Voluntary Organization Started in the year 2005 By saroja. In the year 2005 saroja has adopted Two HIV Patients And started Serving them at her home. Later Year By Year Orphans Started Joining The Oldage home And Now Manvaseva Organization Is Serving 90 People.

In the Year 2005 a person Called Yesu Ratnam Approached Government Hospital With Deeply Swollen Wounds and heavy infection on legs and No One Dared To Go Near Him And Talk , Instead The Doctor And Sisters Asked Him To Go Out As He Is Badly Smelling With Wounds . Then Saroja Has Given Him Primary First Aid and Treated Him Till His Woulds Were Cured . While Going To His Home The Old Man Thanked For the hospitality and Asked Her to Continue Her deed’s to Poor old People . Later, Old Person Said That He Was Leaving to Khammam District Hospital And Left . Later Ms. saroja enquired For the Old Person and There were no Person admitted with that name . From Then saroja belived that god has came as Yasu Ratnam and Gave Her Message to Serve the Needy .
